Is it coming from the back or from the organ? That is the question!
Confidently and reliably diagnose the visceral causal lesion and its causal relationships to other organs, spinal segments and the rest of the musculoskeletal system. Understand the difference between the causal lesion and its compensatory pattern. This course covers the whole visceral system: Thoracic, abdominal and pelvic. You will be able to explain the emergence of the combination of visceral and MSK symptoms from a perspective rooted in osteopathic principles using biomechanical and neurological causal connections.

Informations
What is the Beta version?
Year 2023 is the bright new start of this course design and is consequently offered as a Beta version. This means that practitioner’s feedback is of utmost importance and it will be required to feedback one’s experience in due course. The aim is to iron out any teething difficulties associated with the novelty of this course design for the benefit of subsequent courses. The price of each weekend course is consequently reduced from £300/weekend to £200/weekend, for this first year only.
What is an accountability group?
An accountability group supports it’s members to remain focused on chosen aims – in this case, integrate a cause based osteopathic examination in one’s own practice. It takes form as online meetings via Zoom, attended on a weekly basis providing a structure for peer to peer support, discuss challenges and patient cases, clarify principles and methodology etc. Ad hock online sessions with the teacher are organised if a particular topic is challenging across the group.
